The job offer was the same base salary, to the cent. This means a reduction in total compensation.
This morning I get to go to the 401k meeting and find out how much that is going to suck compared to our current plan. I guess you really can't beat having a Swiss bank in charge of your retirement.
So, I'm off to the meeting, but coming later today: Why Does Luc Besson Get No Respect?

I put up a bio page finally. It will probably be forever a work in progress. Right now it's just a bunch of dumb stats. I've got some pretty image stuff in the works that will make it cooler and more fun. For now, you'll have to be amused by this.
